Returns & Exchanges
The Gentle Rose Co, Forge Cottage, Oxon OX278RU. When returning an item, it is extremely advisable that you ask for a proof of posting that you have sent the item to us. In our experience, we strongly suggest using Royal Mail, Special or Recorded Delivery services. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for any returned items lost in transit. Nor are we able to accept any losses incurred during return process where the item cannot be traced or proven to have been sent.
Bespoke Jewellery and Items that have been engraved, cannot be refunded or exchanged.
For all International Orders, Return or Exchange, please contact: specialorders@thegentlerosejewelleryco.com and we will be able to fully assist your requirements.
Upon receipt of your Return, we will credit your original method of payment from the website.This will be credited with the cost of the goods, less the initial delivery charge (exceptions may apply). We will process your return within 5 working days.
Please note that credit card companies may take an additional 3 - 5 working days to credit the refund to your account.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and checked, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 - 5 working days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We fully appreciate that very occasionally your Ready to Wear piece of jewellery is not as anticipated. As an online purchase, we will honour a refund or exchange within our 30 day Policy and terms of unused, unworn & undamaged.
We usually only replace items if they are defective or damaged or with the prior agreement The Gentle Rose Jewellery Co in special conditions.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and she/he will find out about your return.
Returns Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Forge Cottage Stoke Lyne Oxon OX278RU
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £40, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
